My names Josh and I own and run
Eat Train Sleep Fun Fitness Bootcamps.
My bootcamps are designed for the MAXIMUM calories burnt in the shortest amount of time. They are based on functional strength, core stability, mobility and fun varied cardiovascular exercises.
I incorporate a multitude of functional training techniques, which create a challenging and fun environment to reach your goals.
These creative and fun bootcamps will make your training something you look forward to!
I want you to get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
Each Bootcamp has a theme which is based around what equipment we plan on using for that session. This keeps things simple but interesting because you know what equipment you're using. Workouts are NEVER exactly the same as the last.
I want to keep you guessing - challenge you differently every session!
The Bootcamps are designed to be fun, to be different, to push participants harder than they'd normally ever push themselves.
These sessions are FUN Bootcamp workouts.
I am NOT a "drill sergeant" . . . . . . . . That's
unless you want me to be!! haha
My goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation.
Let's have tonnes of FUN but - PLEASE be prepared to WORK HARD and to sweat a bit while doing these high intensity sessions!
