BOOTCAMP SESSIONS
My Bootcamps are designed for the MAXIMUM calories burnt in the shortest amount of time.
I want you to get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
Each Bootcamp you will work with selected equipment such as - battle ropes, kettlebells, agility ladders, slam balls, boxing, tyres, resistance bands, flexi-bars, dumbbells and much more.
Each Bootcamp has a theme which is based around what equipment we plan on using for that session. This keeps things simple but interesting because you know what equipment you're using but the workouts are never the same as the last.
I want to keep you guessing - challenge you differently every class!
These boot camps are designed to be different, to push participants
harder than they'd normally push themselves.
My goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation.
These sessions are FUN Bootcamp workouts
I'm NOT a "drill sergeant" . . . . . . . . UNLESS you want me to be!!
Let's have tonnes of FUN but - PLEASE be prepared to WORK HARD and to sweat a lot while doing these high intensity sessions!

This session is one of the most efficient ways to push your muscles and metabolism to another level.
Every muscle in your body is going to get a workout.
This session tests our biomotor abilities: strength/power, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility and speed.
The exercises/movements are extremely functional movements like pushing, pulling, throwing, squatting and walking like we use in everyday life.
It requires a great amount of “core” strength too.
Kettlebells and Slam balls are a brilliant tool for weight loss, building strength and developing power.
Try it and you’ll feel the difference too!

This is a unique Bootcamp session that is designed to test your physical strength and cardiovascular endurance.
The courses are fitness/army style obstacle courses that can help people to get their bodies moving in new and different ways while still being fun.
You will weave, jump, crawl, slide through obstacles and also complete regular fitness session exercises while running the course.
This isn’t a dead serious "winner take all" race but a more of a buddy/team style challenge that allows everyone to experience a fun, safe obstacle course while still having the element of a race too it.

This session is one of the best total body strength and conditioning workouts that a person can do.
You will use your total body and get a great LOW IMPACT aerobic workout with BIG RESULTS!
Why not add a new dimension to your strength and conditioning regardless of if you're a beginner or a seasoned gym rat!
This session will work multiple muscles at the same time with the fastest, most efficient style of training - High Intensity Interval Training.
You’ll literally be burning additional calories when you sleep that night and at your desk the next day.
So why not turn your body into a fat burning robot?

This Bootcamp blends aerobic activities and strength training. No complicated equipment…just some bands and your own bodyweight for a simple but very intense workout!
Resistance bands challenge virtually every major muscle group in your body and are incredibly simple but are also extremely effective by using functional movements like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Additionally, resistance-band training can help you boost stamina and endurance, flexibility, range of motion and much, much more.
This is the session if you want to shape tone and strengthen your entire body.

This class is a total full body session which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Boxing is a high cardio workout that burns over 500 calories in an hour class by the average person.
It is also a VERY effective way to release stress!
Boxing Bootcamp will provide you with a fun workout to increase your cardio fitness while toning your whole body. By incorporating body weight exercises along with boxing punches and drills you will get a fast paced workout that can be easily varied to suit every fitness level.
Boxing is one of the most popular fitness trends and you could jab, cross, hook, uppercut and knee your way to the body you always wanted!

This is another VERY unique Bootcamp session that combines fitness with fun.
The Missions part of the session is designed to test your mental toughness, physical strength and cardiovascular endurance.
You will experience different army style missions , learn to work as part of a team and also compete against rival teams.
The Games part of the session is where fitness and fun collide! Did you think that games were only for children or that fitness couldn't be fun?
Then you need to experience all the fitness games that will challenge you physically while playing games!
So come and test your toughness, endurance, strength and have some fun and laughs while you're there!

The session combines Flexi-bar and body weight exercises create a great strength-endurance workout that increases your metabolism, elevates the heart rate while healing the body.
Flexi-bars are the tool of choice for targeting the deep musculature of the back, pelvic floor and core muscles in a simple manner.
You can help to correct muscular imbalances, which can alleviate many forms of arthritis and back pain.
The swinging motions of the FLEXI-BAR are actively created and passively strengthen the core muscles of the body, by engaging the body’s own reaction to the vibrations.
