Here are just a few of the testimonials from my last round of Bootcamps.

Not having trained with Josh before I wasn't sure if the structure would suit me.
But he was very organised, varied the training sessions, used different equipment to keep sessions fun and keeping us focused.

Doing the sessions my back pain has decreased because of the improved core strength I gained during the sessions. He also helped with nutritional information and weight control.

The sessions are run really well, I could work at my own pace and he wasn't like some other trainers being over enthusiastic, too loud, shouting or being pushy.
I wanted to lose weight, improve core strength and improve my general fitness.
I'm really happy with how much fitter I got over the Bootcamps. I also had bad knees before I started Bootcamp and with Josh's great Rehab knowledge my knees are no longer as sore as they were. I can actually squat pain free now which is great!

I was worried that I wasn't fit enough, that you wouldn't be able to keep up with everyone, that I never be able to increase my fitness and strength. Josh made it clear that we only had to do what we could do, that everyone is different. He gave alternatives when they were needed because an exercise was too difficult.
My goals were to tone my body, lose weight and to improve my strength.
I achieved my goals - I lost weight, got much stronger, more toned, had better endurance and actually have abs now!

Being quite fit already and someone who normally trains by myself I wasn't sure how well I'd go in a group situation, wether I would like it or not.
Josh's approach to fitness made the classes fun and made you want to come back.
The workouts varied in style, allowed for different levels of fitness, he kept things interesting. Josh also encouraged me to push myself and my own limits.
