These Bootcamp sessions are the PERFECT way to build your fitness levels up and increase your exercise knowledge. The sessions are creative, fun and will make your training something to look forward to!

I want you to learn, to get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

SESSIONS

MONDAY - 5.45PM - 6.30PM 

THURSDAY - 5.45PM - 6.30PM 

LOCATION - APEX PARK

Each Bootcamp in the first 3 weeks has a theme which is based around what equipment we plan on using for that session. Eg - Kettlebells.

You will learn commonly used exercises for that specific piece of equipment using interval training. Inteveral training is great for learning because it allows you to go at your own pace.

This keeps things simple, informative and interesting because you know what equipment you're using and learn how to use it properly.

The second 3 weeks of Bootcamps we will use the same equipment but mix it up a bit.

Workout styles will vary and be different, it keeps things interesting!

The very last session or two will be a mixed session with all the unsual or unique gear I use that most PT's dont use.

Those sessions are always a bit of fun!!

 

The sessions are designed to be FUN workouts that still push participants harder than they'd normally push themselves.

I am NOT a "drill sergeant" . . . . . . . . That's unless you want me to be!! haha

My goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation.

 

Let's have tonnes of FUN but - PLEASE be prepared to WORK HARD, LEARN and to sweat a little bit!
