Crawl, Walk, Run, Sprint!

My unique CRAWL, WALK, RUN, SPRINT approach to training ensures a high level of exercise knowledge to individuals and as a group. This minimizes the risk of senseless training injuries.
 
This approach has a cycle of workouts that will be repeated in each phase.
Sessions progress each phase to keep challenging you and pushing you to your max. 
 
Phases are 2 weeks in duration, which have 3 sessions per week.
6 x 45 min Sessions - Crawl Phase - Learn The Basics
6 x 45 min Sessions - Walk Phase - Perfect The Form
6 x 45 min Sessions - Run Phase - Go At Full Speed
6 x 45 min Sessions - Sprint Phase - Move At Warp Speed
Crawl Phase - During this workout phase the exercises & techniques are taught and demonstrated.
Here, the basic skills that set the standards for advancement to other levels are learnt. Learning the new techniques and exercises properly now ensures that the movements are correctly done in the future while minimizing opportunities of injury.
The main focus in Crawl Phase is placed on the basic techniques and principles, starting with good form is key!
 
Walk Phase - During this workout phase, we practice the exercises and techniques, but with smoother movements and less Personal Trainer corrections. 
Once the team has developed a sufficient proficiency level in basic skills, I can introduce more advanced techniques and begin the serious training. 
The main focus of Walk Phase is smooth movements and good form.
 
Run Phase - During this phase, we should perform the exercises with smooth movements and near perfect form at a high speed. You're pushing yourself hard now.
The main focus of Run Phase is great form with some speed.
 
Sprint Phase - During the last phase participants execute the exercises and workouts with perfect form and at super high speed. Don't leave anything in the tank, give it all you got!
The main focus in Sprint Phase is perfect form at high speed and with high intensity.
