Starting the challenge I was worried that about not being able to keep up but the way the sessions were structured I never felt like I was left behind. 

I had goals of making it to all the sessions, losing weight and improving my fitness.

Josh's approach to fitness made the classes fun and made you want to come back.

The workouts varied in styles and allowed for the different levels of fitness. 

Josh encouraged me to push myself and my own limits even though I was worried that being really competitive that he would push me too far.

He definitely pushed me hard but never let me go too far.

My goals were to tone up & build muscle, to improve my core strength due to having suffered back soreness in the past.
Through the 8 weeks of sessions my back pain decreased because of the core strength I gained during the challenge. 
I also improved my flexibility due to the stretching/mobility work we did at the end of the sessions.
