The 8 Week*

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

The 8 Week Fat Blaster Challenge is designed for the MAXIMUM calories burnt in the shortest amount of time. With these short sessions I want you to get fit, get healthy, lose weight, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

 

Each session you will work with a variety of equipment - battle ropes, kettlebells, agility ladders, slam balls, boxing, trx, tyres, resistance bands, flexi-bars, weights and much more.

Using the Crawl, Walk, Run, Sprint method each of the 6 workouts will get a little harder during each phase. This keeps things simple but interesting because once you've done the first phase you will know what equipment you're using, know the movements, know how to use the equipment properly and the general session format.

 

These sessions are designed to push participants harder than they'd normally push themselves.

 

My goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. 

The sessions are supposed to be FUN sessions.  

I'm NOT a "DRILL SERGEANT" . . . . . . . .  unless you want me to be!! 

 

Lets have tonnes of FUN but - PLEASE be prepared to WORK HARD and to sweat a lot while doing these high intensity sessions!
