Speed Fusion
This session is the fusion between running and kettlebell training.
You can expect about 15 minutes of cardio and 15mins of running specific strength exercises using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises in this special workout.
Your speed, endurance and agility will be tested as you tackle running segments ranging from 30 seconds to four minutes that change between slower steady runs and short speed intervals. The focus of the cardio will be varied on different speeds, distances and lengths of time to keep things fun.
You’ll be using running specific kettlebell exercises within this workout to help you improve your strength, correct some of your running weaknesses and running abilities.

Unbeatable
Unbeatable is an intense boxing workout that is designed to kill calories.
Boxing can easily burn as much as 500 calories per session. Boxing however, will not only burn heaps of calories during the session, but will keep doing this for hours after the training session has ended. Typical cardio activities do not have this post training calorie burning effect. Hence, boxing is your best friend when it comes to losing weight.
A correctly thrown punch uses your legs, hips, glutes, core, obliques, back, shoulders, chest and arms. It's the ultimate full body workout.
So if you didn't know - hitting stuff can make you feel really good, it relieves stress!

Just like the board game but with a fitness twist!
This workout is a blend of a A.M.R.A.P. (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout and the old classic game that puts the fun back in fitness.
The session uses a specific selection of exercises that will burn calories, improve functional strength and elevate your fitness to new levels doing this endurance based workout.
The session will be quite challenging giving you a highly effective total-body workout while still having a tonne of fun.

Fast and Furious
Not afraid to sweat? Not afraid of the burn or of getting breathless?
Then you're ready to get Fast And Furious in this amazing high intensity training session!!
The Fast - You will do fun high intensity cardio drills using resisted running (long bands) techniques which will leave you breathless but still wanting more.
The Furious - Using the Trx straps you will sweat performing exercises that have a strong focus on core work, that torch calories and make you feel those muscles burn!
The combination of the equipment and movements will push your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to its threshold.

Stairway to Fitness
An energetic and easy to follow blend of cardio and resistance exercises.
This amazing session uses a combination of stair, step and chair drills which Increases your cardio capacity, burns calories, and strengthens and tones your glutes, thighs, back and abs.
The session uses 1 high energy cardio section, 1 agility section and 1 muscular/core conditioning section to give you a workout you won't forget.

Operation FIT
Report for duty if you dare? This unique session is designed to test your physical strength and cardiovascular endurance.
The course is a fitness/army style obstacle course that will have combination of exercises/cardio to experience a full body workout that helps people to get their bodies moving in new and different ways. You will weave, jump, crawl, slide through different obstacles and also complete regular fitness session exercises while running the course.
The course gives you a chance to challenge yourself, to push others but know that it isn’t a dead serious "winner take all" type of race!
Experience a fun, safe obstacle course while still having a slight element of a race too it.

4,3,2,1 (Interval Session)
This is a high intensity and endurance based workout session utilizing my unique 4-3-2-1 interval approach: 4 minutes of strength, 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of abs and 1 minute of rest.
The session is a non-stop 30 minute workout with only the 3 small allocated 1 minute breaks allowed. This session is designed to test your toughness and help you smash your current fitness goals and leave you feeling like a true winner!

12-12-12 (A.M.R.A.P.)
This class offers three high energy segments of different types - cardio, strength and core based workouts in AMRAP form - As Many Rounds As Possible.
Each segment will be only a max of 12 minutes long but will challenge every muscle in the body.
If you're somebody that likes variety, then you will love the variety of equipment and techniques used in this session. Fusing together different intensities and types of exercises create variations that shock your body into getting more fit!

A 30 minute cardio-based, total-body conditioning session.

BPA (BULLET PROOF ABS)
This specialty class allows individuals to train for improvements in core strength with the use of bands, flexi bars and functional bodyweight movements such as twisting, bending, pulling and are executed in FUN and creative ways.
This abs session will get your abs working and your heart racing.
You will engage your upper, lower and side abdominal area, as well as incorporating your inner core stabilisers.
Mobility and flexibility are both included to create a total well rounded workout.

2010 (Tabata)
Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training.
It’s only 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest repeated…it may sound simple or easy but it is far from it!
Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each session will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.
Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this session will provide what you are looking for.

Snakes and Ladders
NO it's not the board game!
It's my special name for the combo of battle rope and agility ladder training.
Through a wide variety of exercises, each class will torch calories, improve functional strength and skyrocket your lung capacity in short bursts of high intensity workouts.
Agility ladder training will increase speed, power, agility and coordination skills while maxing out your cardio.
With Battling Ropes you can build strength, torch fat while using your arms, shoulders and core.
