What are the conditions of the No Risk PT sessions??
If you are not entirely satisfied with your workout, then you will NOT BE CHARGED for that session . In addition to this your next session will be absolutely FREE!!!
In addition to not being charged and having your next workout FREE, I will give you $25 CASH for your time.
If this occurs more than twice in a short span of time I will assume that either we aren't a good match or you are trying to get money or free workouts out of me! In either case you will be refunded any money paid prior and our arrangement will discontinue.
I make this claim because I believe in what I do and don't want you to finish a session unsatisfied!

How long do I have to use my PT sessions? What if I can't make it to a session??
The PT sessions are sold on a 8 week block that's paid weekly - So you have 8 weeks to use the sessions. If you have anything pop up such as injury or Illness i'm sure we can come to some sort of arrangement which will extend the amount of time you have to use them.
I understand that life does happen!!
So if you can't make it to a session, firstly let me know, without proper notice/explanation your missed session will marked off as you were there.
Basically you have 8 weeks to use them unless you have a good excuse that you let me know!
What is your PT cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy - If I can't make it for your session, without 24 hours notice your next workout session will be FREE!
If YOU are unable to attend your training session and are unable to give me 12 hours notice your missed session will automatically be marked off as a normal session.
I thank you for your consideration. Please make every effort to arrive on time – please be considerate of other clients that may be after you. Unfortunately if you are late, the session MUST finish on time.
What advice or rules are there for the PT sessions?
Preparation for Training
Please come prepared for your session, dressed in comfortable exercise clothing, wearing deodorant and with a water bottle and towel. It is a good idea to avoid eating a large meal two hours prior to exercising. Try to arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment time to have time for any extra distractions like paying for your sessions, time to go to the toilet, filling your water bottle up and just being ready for your session.
After your Session
Stretch if you didn't get a chance to during the session, drink plenty of fluids and maintain a high daily water intake (two to four litres a day). Be sure to book or confirm your next training session with me to ensure you get the date and time you need! Remember if you have a before work or after work slot it's very popular and your probably not the only one wanting that time slot.

Do I do meal plans?​
Legally I can't set meal plans for you because I am not a nutritionist or dietician but I am more than happy to any and all questions and also have an ebook that covers general nutrition and some recipes.
I have a service called a Nutrition Check Up.​ The Nutritional Check Up involves looking at your eating habits and general food knowledge.
- What your actually eating, learning how and what to look for with food labels, what types of foods can benefit you, how to use technology to make your diet easier to manage by using things like myfitnesspal and foodswitch apps.
Basically it's learning about food so you have the ability to master your own diet.
You can't stay on a meal plan for the rest of your life can you??

BEGINNER SUMMER BOOTCAMPS
How fit do I need to be to participate?
Beginner fitness level are best suited but that's not saying an intermediate wouldn't get a good workout too. If you're an intermediate who wants to improve their technique you are more than welcome because you will all be learning how to exercise properly and everyone will always be working at the pace that suits their current fitness level.
My aim is to push you as hard as you can go safely. I'm certainly not trying to kill you or work you so hard you hurt all over for the next week either!
What makes these Bootcamps special compared to other fitness Bootcamps??
Most Bootcamps have some regressions for beginners in the sessions but they don't really suit a true beginner or someone who really wants to nail their perfect form.
These sessions are for designed for beginners, are great value for money, use a variety of training methods and I use equipment... LOTS of equipment!
How much does it cost and what's included in the price??
For the full 6 weeks it's $100 or $10 per session casual.
The session is up to 1 hour and you of course get to pick my brain about any fitness related issues. There will be a by request an Ebook/manual to help people along the journey in the future.
What if I can't make it to a session??
If you have paid the full amount for the 6 weeks then your overall cost per session will have in a way increased but so long as you don't keep missing sessions your overall price per session will remain at the amazing value per session.
If you are paying casual rates, obviously it won't affect you.
What sort of results can I expect to see??
If you do the majority of the bootcamp sessions, keep active during your off days and really pay attention to your nutrition you will see a great improvement with your health.
The biggest improvements you will see is with your exercise technique, knowledge of how bootcamps can operate and an overall confidence while exercising.
I'm currently injured, can I still participate in the Bootcamps??
That will really depend on the injury and the severity of the injury.
Minor injuries can be trained around and will actually benefit from the training, others will be worse than minor injuries and will just cause further inflammation or pain which would be pointless.
If you have an injury and are interested, get in contact with me and i'll ask a few questions and we will figure out if you should or shouldn't be working out.
Any previous injuries should also be disclosed so I can keep an extra special eye on how you move.

8 WEEK FATBLASTER CHALLENGE
What fitness level do I need to be to participate?
Almost any fitness level is welcome because you will always work at the pace that suits your current fitness level.
There are always modifications, progressions and regressions of exercises to suit everyone.
The Crawl, Walk, Run, Sprint format allows all fitness levels to participate.
You always get to work at the pace that suits your current fitness levels and slowly progresses each phases - either with time, reps, weights, rounds etc.
**A completely decommissioned person might be better suited starting with PT sessions or the BEGINNER BOOTCAMP Sessions
What if I can't make it to a session?
If you miss the odd session your overall cost per session will have in a way increased but so long as you don't keep missing sessions your overall price per session will remain super cheap and still at amazing value.
If there are other circumstances which will keep you away for a longer extended period of time contact me and we will work something in terms of some take home workouts or if necessary, a small partial refund at the end of the challenge.
What sort of results can I expect?
If you do the majority of the 8 Week Challenge sessions, keep active during your off days and pay attention to your nutrition the sky really is the limit!
We will burn calories like crazy during these sessions but if all you do is sit down in front of the T.V. or computer and eat high calorie foods when you're not exercising at worst I can guarantee you is that your fitness levels will have greatly improved.
Exercise really is a situation where you get what you put in and don't forget the old saying that "Abs are made in the gym but only seen by what happens in the kitchen!"
How much does it cost and what should I bring when it starts?
The regular price is $200 for the 8 Weeks (24 sessions).
If you get in quick and book the early bird special price you can save 10% which means it will only cost you $180 with the added bonus chance of winning some prize money!!
Once you're signed up and confirmed all you will need to bring is a towel/yoga mat, water bottle and a "Can Do, Winners Attitude!"
What's the deal with the Prize money??
There will be 2 winners - "Biggest Loser Kg's" & "Best Fitness Improvement"
Each challenge run will have 2 x $100 Winners.
There will be Free Group Fitness Testing at the start and end of the challenge to see how you have done. (Pretty hard to find a winner without the results!)
What if I have an injury? Can I still participate in the challenge?
If you have any previous injuries or current injuries you should tell me prior to starting the challenge so I can evaluate if it's wise for you to participate and what level of participation you can actually take. If you're able to join in we will modify or replace exercises and I will keep an eye on how you move to minimize the risk of further injury.
This will also give you a chance to focus more on your nutrition.
Injuries and illnesses are a part of everyday living, and something we need to work around. This challenge teaches you that there is always SOMETHING you can do to work towards your health and fitness goals.
What makes this challenge special compared to other fitness challenges?
I would have to say the value for money and my unique format is what makes this challenge really special and sets it apart from the rest.
The Crawl, Walk, Run, Sprint format I created really does set you up to succeed from the start of the challenge. It allows everyone to move at their own pace and keep pushing through your own fitness goals within a group without feeling intimidated.
Plus it doesn't hurt that I use a lot of fitness equipment, the session cost is really cheap, you have the chance to win back $100 and I actually care about you - you're not just $$ to me!
Where is the Location of the 8 Week Fatblaster Challenge?
Session will be held at - Allendale Primary School.
The sessions will be a combination of indoors/outdoors. If the weather is good we will do the sessions outdoors and when it is raining, too cold or windy we have the session inside the hall.

What fitness level do I need to be to participate?

If you are a complete beginner you might be better suited starting with PT sessions or the BEGINNER BOOTCAMP Sessions​
What sort of results can I expect to see??
If you do the majority of the sessions in the 6 weeks, keep active during your off days and really pay attention to your nutrition the sky is the limit!
We will burn calories like crazy during these sessions but if all you do is sit down in front of the T.V. or computer and eat high calorie foods when you're not exercising at best I can guarantee you is your fitness levels will have greatly improved.
Exercise really is a situation where you get what you put in.
Your abs are made during the sessions but unless you behave in the kitchen you will never get to see your hard work!
What makes these Sessions special compared to other fitness sessions??
The value for money, the variety of training, the different styles of training, the knowledge put behind the workouts and that I use equipment... LOTS of equipment!
Some sessions/bootcamps are just bodyweight or just a few pieces of equipment, why pay for the same old workouts that you could do at home? Why not use stuff that you don't normally get to use in the gym or at home?

100 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
How much does it cost? Is it really Free?
It cost nothing, no hidden costs, it's completely FREE!
There is a running session that is an optional part of the challenge that is a donation, this is completely your choice as to if you want join in that session.
I do run other sessions during the same period as this challenge that cost money to join in.
If you were interested in getting any extra workouts in like these sessions I wouldn't stop you! haha :)
