What is a Rehab Trainer? We are a new breed of Personal Trainer that are bridging the gap between the average, old fashioned PT and Physiotherapists.
The role of a Personal Trainer should be to have the best knowledge on ALL areas of health and fitness. We owe that to our clients.

Whether it’s an aching back, a shoulder twinge, or a niggly knee, injury is a turning point in your training as well as your daily life.
With the unique rehab trainer injury management strategies I can safely and effectively manage my clients niggles/injuries. I have the skills to help guide you through that recovery, so we can both keep progressing you towards your goals.

Being a mobile Personal Trainer it allows me the opportunity to conduct my sessions at your home with your own personal gym equipment or using any of the equipment I have at my disposal.
With this service you also never have to worry about exercising in public and feeling self conscious about others watching or judging you.
You won't have to waste 20-40 minutes time travelling to and from the gym every time you workout either.
There are no more excuses like I didn't have the time - because you don't even have to leave the house!


OUTDOOR PT SESSIONS
Do you enjoy being outdoors more than being stuck inside a commercial gym? Well then this is for you!
With outdoor sessions you're only limited by your imagination as to where you would like to have the session.
Like the park? Prefer the beach sand? No problem!
Parks are great locations for outdoor sessions because of the variety of areas you can use and space available to move in.
With your personal goals in mind and the location we decide to use I will design workouts set to those specific goals using my own equipment.
MY GYM PT SESSIONS
Been going to the gym for a while but not seeing the results you want? Sick of waiting for equipment?
The main reasons exercisers quit or give up is because they didn't know what to do to achieve the results they need or having to wait for the equipment you want to use.
It's hard to follow a gym program if everyone is already using the equipment you need!
I have my own private studio gym set up at my home.
The best part is you never have to wait for machines or weights because you're the only one "in the gym".
The gym includes all my portable gear such as boxing, dumbbells, kettle bells, slam/med balls, bands as well as my larger gear such as power rack, smith machine and cables. So basically I have everything you need to get fit!
