CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

I created the 100 Day Fitness Challenge because I saw an opportunity to give back to the Geraldton fitness community.
It's the chance to change your life and not cost you a thing, it's FREE! 
 
That's right this challenge is FREE!! 

 

So don't waste another moment feeling bad about your current health and fitness when you can join in this group of similar minded people with the same kind of goals as you... all for free!

To join in all you have to do is commit to 100 days of trying to be healthier: commit to learning more about health and fitness, eating better, being more active, getting outdoors more and most importantly - exercising more.

Each week there will be a FREE outdoor group session as part of the challenge. 

You will be able to workout with other challenge participants, ask me the PT questions and most importantly have some fun in the great outdoors!!

You can follow the challenge either through Facebook in the events section of EAT TRAIN SLEEP GERALDTON which has the most up to date information or via weekly emails.

GERALDTON RESIDENTS

There will be 2 lucky and deserving winners that will receive 2x45min PT Sessions OR 3x30min PT sessions.

 

This will be decided by effort, determination, participation and of course results.

If you want to be eligible for the chance to win the PT sessions you'll need to do fitness testing, weigh-ins and measurements recorded by myself so we know where you started.

Before and After pictures aren't necessary but I do suggest you do them because it is a great way to look back at your progress over the100 Day Fitness Challenge and how far you may have come!

 

There will be multiple fitness testing sessions in order for everyone to be tested. Times & dates will be posted before it starts.

  • Has trouble sticking with a fitness and weight loss program.

  • Who feel uncomfortable in their clothes.

  • Feels mentally and physically tired.

  • Wants to change their body but doesn’t know where to start.
