GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS

Group training is perfect for getting fit, losing weight and its super cheap!

By choosing "group training" you get the fun, social atmosphere of exercising with like minded people and with the added benefit of not costing an arm and a leg!!!

Sign up and train with your friends, family, work colleagues or maybe even make new friend or two. You can use the sessions to get fit for certain events like a 5km fun run, a wedding, tough mudder or just a common goal such as losing some weight. 

It's a great, fun way to train towards an individual goal within a group setting.

 

All fitness levels are welcome because there will be alternatives to make things easier or more challenging depending on everyone's fitness levels.
