I will tailor our PT sessions with golf specific exercises that train the exact muscles that are required to swing a club. It’s total fitness conditioning for golfers.
The 45-60min sessions will comprise elements on flexibility, balance, mobility, stability, strength, power, core strength that are all functional and golf-specific.
