1 on 1 Golf Specific Personal Training is a highly personalised service based on specific goals & the results of the detailed assessments. I will tailor our PT sessions with golf specific exercises that train the exact muscles that are required to swing a club. It’s total fitness conditioning for golfers. The 45-60min sessions will comprise elements on flexibility, balance, mobility, stability, strength, power, core strength that are all functional and golf-specific. Bad posture, muscle imbalances & a core that doesn’t work properly will quickly ruin your golf swing. Don't be a victim!
