Service Description

If you're looking to maximise results with minimum time, then this is the package for you.  Perfect for those serious about their health and fitness but don't have a great deal of time and aren't interested in any form of group fitness. Personal Training is the BEST way to get the results that you need. You will commit to doing 8 weeks of 2 x 30min PT sessions which are short & sharp but VERY effective when we really apply ourselves and put in the hard work to achieve those results.
